PURPOSE: A trans-admittance amplifier is provided to generate an output current having a zero DC offset by mirroring current generated in a trans-admittance. CONSTITUTION: The first trans-admittance(320) includes one degeneration capacitor(CE), two transistors(Q31,Q32), and two current sources(Idc). The degeneration capacitor (CE) is coupled between emitters of the transistors(Q31,Q32). An input voltage is applied to a base of one of the two transistors(Q32,Q33). A Vdd voltage line is connected to a collector of the one of the two transistors(Q32,Q33). The collector of the remaining transistors(Q31,Q34) is connected to the first and second current mirrors(311,312) and bases thereof are grounded. The second trans-admittance(330) each includes one capacitor(CE), two transistors(Q33,Q34), and two current sources(Idc).
