PURPOSE: A device for maintaining the tension of a coil and leading the coil is provided to safely and easily correct a telescope by winding a hoop in a tension reel without tangling and by exactly leading both sides of the hoop through a guide disk. CONSTITUTION: A tension portion comprises square holes, a semicircular sticking block(50), a driving cylinder(51), a lower pelt(52), a semicircular sticking member(55), an upper pelt(56) and a main cylinder(20). The square holes are formed on a table(30) at regular intervals. The semicircular sticking block is protruded on the table through the square holes. The driving cylinder lifts and lowers the sticking block by fixing under the table and connecting with the lower part of the sticking block. The lower pelt covers the whole sticking block by installing on the table. The semicircular sticking member is installed under a holder plate(10). The upper pelt covers the sticking member. The main cylinder rotates the holder plate by installing in a frame(104) and connecting with the upper part of the holder plate. A sticking portion comprises a supporting member(70), a hold roll(71) and an operating cylinder(72). The supporting member is axially combined with the outer tip of the holder plate. The hold roll is located on a hoop coil to be rolled in a tension reel(102) by installing in the tip of the supporting member to be rotatable. The operating cylinder rotates the supporting member against the holder plate by connecting between the holder plate and the supporting member. The telescope event of the coil is prevented by exactly guiding the end of the hoop. Moreover, the edge defect of the coil is prevented and an accident is prevented by exactly rolling the coil in the tension reel.
