PURPOSE: A solid semiconductor device is provided to program the address logic after each of the layers is manufactured as well as to simplify the physical processing since the mask process is not required. CONSTITUTION: A solid semiconductor device includes a decoder(12) provided with a first group of address constituting elements and a second group of constituting elements. A first logic value is assigned to the first group of the address constituting elements, a second logic value is assigned to the second group of the address constituting elements. The current-carrying capability of the first group of the address constituting elements is larger than that of the second group of the address constituting elements. The solid semiconductor device further includes a row address driver(24) and a column address driver(30).
