PURPOSE: A device for judging and analyzing the abnormal wave form of a roller motor is provided to take a prompt and accurate action on the disorder of a control group by judging the wave form of a control signal when a disorder is occurred in a thyristor control unit. CONSTITUTION: The device which is for the abnormal data tracing of a thyristor control system of a roller motor comprises:a signal processing unit(1) to sense the signals of each parts of a thyristor control unit(7) for the control of a D.C. motor(9) driving the roller of an iron facility; a data acquisition and storing unit(1) to store the thyristor control signal form the signal processing unit after sampling at high speed and to keep the present data for a certain time after sampling using a certain sampling time required by a user; and an information processing unit(5) to display the data input from the data acquisition and storing unit via a short-distance communication network on a screen and to transmit the user input value to the data acquisition and storing unit.
