PURPOSE: A data storage device is provided to increase the integrity of the data recording for the memory cell by increasing the coercivity of the memory cell and to reduce the occurrence of the non-selected bit erase. CONSTITUTION: A data storage device(10) includes an array(12) of magnetic memory cells(14) and a plurality of first conductors placed on a plane of the array(12) of the magnetic memory cells(14). The first conductors are extended along a first direction. The first conductors are offset from at least on of the memory cells(14) at the second direction. And, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
