PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the safe and easy connection of an apparatus for drip infusion to an infusion solution vessel and ensure the connection to a proper infusion solution vessel without having the fear of the unexpected dropping-out after the connection. SOLUTION: An infusion solution inlet passage 14 is connected to the liquid inlet 15 of an infusion cylinder 2, and a connecting needle 4 is provided on the upstream end of the inlet passage 14. A protective member 18 is arranged around the connecting needle 4 along the longitudinal direction of the connecting needle 4. The lower end of the protective member 18 is supported on the intermediate part or base end part side of the connecting needle 4, and the upper end of the protective member 18 is protruded upward over the tip of the connecting needle 4, so that the liquid outlet part of the infusion solution vessel can be inserted into a space 19 surrounded by the protective member 18 from above the protective member 18. |
