PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground bait-scattering tool for a fishing consisting mainly of a ground bait basket 4 and attached to the lower end part of a fishing line 2, capable of preventing the ground bait E from wasteful discharge or leak until the ground bait basket 4 reaches to an optional position in water by a long casting, enabling the further effective ground bait scattering and improving a fish catch by it. SOLUTION: This ground bait-scattering tool 1 for the fishing is provided by installing a plug body 5 at the opening part 7 of upper part of the ground bait-basket 4 as freely detachable, in which the plug body is equipped with an in water-detaching means of which power point 11 consists of a lever 10 having an in water feather-shape F and separating the ground bait basket 4 from the plug body 5 in an optional position in water by water resistance W caused by the operation of the fishing line 2 for enabling the in water-scattering of the ground bait E.
