<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method for simply and quickly analyzing an objective bacterium. SOLUTION: This analytical method for bacterium includes, (1), a process contacting a liquid test sample which has a possibility of including the object bacterium, with a support medium capable of supporting the objective bacterium; (2) a process contacting a coloring enzyme substrate or luciferase substrate liquid for detection of the objective bacterium with a support medium for the coloring enzyme or the luciferase to support the coloring enzyme substrate or the luciferase substrate; and (3) a process contacting the support medium for the objective bacterium obtained in the process (1) contacted with the liquid test sample with the support medium for coloring enzyme or luciferase supporting the coloring enzyme or luciferase obtained in the process (2), and analyzes the coloring or luminescence on the coloring enzyme or luciferase supporting medium.</p> |
