PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a failure of imparting a sense of incongruity to a driver by suddenly changing steering characteristics of a vehicle when turning the vehicle. SOLUTION: This driving force distribution control device is provided with a control means for controlling the operation of a driving force distribution means based on detected vehicle state quantity. The control means performs an inner wheel slip judgment as to whether or not an inner wheel slip ratio is an excessive state beyond a constant k in step 107. When the inner wheel slip ratio is judged to be an excess, the step is advanced to step 108 to execute an LSD control as an inner wheel slip suppression control for suppressing driving force distribution to an inner wheel.
