PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for attaching a punching edge to a perforator, assembled quickly to be freely attached and detached, and engaged not to be swung during an operation, and a supporting member functioning together with the holder. SOLUTION: The present invention provides the holder 100 for attaching the punching edge 20 to the perforator, and the support member 150. The holder 100 comprises the edge 20, a two-position switching member 90 and an attaching member 120. The holder 100 is assembled to the support member 150 along an external shape of the attaching member 120 to be freely attached and detached, and is engaged with the support member 150 by operating the switching member 90. The switching member 90 provided with an elastic compression member with respect to the attaching member 120 therebetween, to impart elasticity to the operation hereinbefore, and also provided with an engaging part to be meshed to a groove part 154 inside the support member 150, so as to determine an engaging condition for the holder 100. The support member 150 is provided with a groove part 155 for attaching the edge 20, and a clearance groove 156 for punched chips in an upper side of the groove part 155.
