PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure probe device that has a closed vessel filled with liquid (inert) and internally equipped with a video camera and controlling electronic equipment, and that can freely submerge in high pressure and in the deep sea, store a video signal and underwater data and transmit them to the sea surface. SOLUTION: The closed vessel 1 filled with liquid is provided with a transparent part 19 in one part, and equipped with the video camera or digital camera 4. The closed vessel 1 is internally equipped with motor equipment and the electronic equipment, and casings of the motor equipment and the electronic equipment are filled with liquid. When a sound wave transmitter/receiver 16 receives a command signal 18, the received content is electrically transmitted to a computer 8. The computer 8 then electrically transmits operation signals to an inverter 10 for a driving motor, an angle setting relay 11 and the video camera or digital camera 4, and rotates a pusher propeller 12, whereupon forward travel, backward travel and steering establishes submergence to a destination. The video camera or digital camera 4 starts to pick up video, processes the video and stores the video content in a storage medium 9. The video content is transmitted by the sound wave transmitter/receiver 16 to a sea surface 26, whereat it is monitored on a monitor 24.
