PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot former capable of manufacturing inner and outer rings out of one stock by the hot former, improving the productivity by the high-speed operation, and prolonging the service life of a die. SOLUTION: In a step on the first stage side, the stock 20 is punched by an annular die 6 having a punching pin 26 and an annular punch 11 having a recessed part 11a to permit the entry of the punching pin 26 and entering the annular die 6, an outer ring 20a is separated from an intermediate ring part 20b in the stock 20, a bottom part is punched out of the inner ring part 20c to separate the inner ring part 20c having an outer ring 20a' and the intermediate ring part 20b and a punched bottom body 20d from each other. In the next step, the inner ring part 20c having the intermediate ring part 20b is punched by the annular die 7 and the punch 12 fitted in the die 7 to separate an inner ring 20c' and an intermediate ring 20b' from each other.
