PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and easily perform a measurement work concerning a subject and also a measurement notice to the attending physician of the subject by integrating electrocardiogram measurement with a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The portable telephone set 3 performs a roaming operation, transfers subject's biological information which is detected by an incorporated or exterior electrocardiogram measuring instrument 11 and a sphygmomanometer 12 and a subject's absolute position which is measured by a GPS receiver 5 and also displays response information and/or communication information concerning the transferred biological information. Management site communication equipment 4 stores biological information received from the portable telephone set 3 in a database device, generates response information when biological information is automatically analyzed and/or communication information when analysis is performed or not performed, transfers them to the portable telephone set 3 and, then, indicates and displays received absolute position information on a map.
