PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guarantee letter enabling asking for a repair free of charge, which guarantees a product purchased by a customer and, when troubles develop in the product, enables the asking for its repair free of charge without expending for the returning of a troubled product to a sales company or to the repair section of a maker or without bringing the troubled product by the customer himself to the sales company or to the repair section of the maker. SOLUTION: This guarantee letter with a delivery slip consists of a first sheet and a second sheet. The guarantee letter is printed on the first sheet. A delivery slip is printed on the region corresponding to the guarantee letter of the second sheet. A re-releasing structure is provided between the guarantee letter and the delivery slip.
