SPINNERET FOR MANUFACTURING SHAPED YARN

PURPOSE: Spinneret for manufacturing of shaped yarn is provided to improve the hollow rate of fibers, so that the shaped yarn having improved properties can be manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The spinneret for manufacturing shaped yarn consisting of 3 or 4 circular arc shaped slits(1) comprises levees(2) in both ends of the slits(1) which are projected to the outside, wherein the spinneret has the following properties: 0.06 mm <= A <= 0.14 mm wherein A is the width of slit; 0.4 mm <= R <= 0.6 mm wherein R is the inner radius of slit; 0.7 mm <= B/A <= 1.4 mm wherein B is a distance between slits; 1.5 mm <= C/A <= 2.3 mm wherein C is the length of slit levee; and 0.6 mm <= D/A <= 1.5 mm wherein D is the width of slit levee.
