PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door and its seal member enabling easy assembling of a window glass with a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: When assembling the window glass 80 to a door main body 10, a rail cutout 213 and a seal cutout 226 are formed downward from the position corresponding to the lower edge 102 of the opening 101 for the window of the door main body 10 of a guide rail 21 constituting a guide member 20 for guiding sliding of the window glass 80 and the seal member 22. A guide part 30 having an inclination part 32 inclining toward the outside wall 224 of the seal member 22 is formed downward from the upper end of the seal cutout 226 therein. The window glass 80 is introduced into the guide member 20 by inserting the lower angle of the window glass 80 from the guide part 30.
