PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hygroscopicity of a powder seasoning without remarkably changing an original flavor and deteriorating solubility. SOLUTION: The powder seasoning whose hygroscopicity or subsequent quality deterioration due to its caking is prevented without deteriorating a characteristic preferable flavor and which has excellent solubility is obtained by adding a prescribed amount of a new cyclic starch (highly branched cyclic dextrin) and then drying the mixture. |
