PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability in an attaching time when a stay is extended to be locked with a locking part, and in a storage time when the stay is contracted to be stored. SOLUTION: A load-collapse preventing device capable of winding a load- collapse preventive sheet is arranged in a seat back of a separate seat, and the extendable stay 8 provided with an outer pipe 11 and an inner pipe 12 is equipped in a pulling-out side tip part of the load-collapse preventive sheet. Joint parts 13,14 provided in the outer pipe 11 and the inner pipe 12 are lockable to the locking parts provided in both side parts of a vehicle respectively. A positioning mechanism comprising a positioning groove 15c and a positioning boss 17 is provided to bring the joint part 14 provided in the inner pipe 12 to a prescribed position around the axial center of the outer pipe 11 with respect to the joint part 13 provided in the outer pipe 11, under the condition where the stay 8 is extended and contracted.
