<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a running cost by carrying out the dehumidification of air which is a gaseous starting material of an ozone water producing apparatus and the decomposition of waste ozone gas at the same time to effectively utilize a heating part of a Peltier device of the dehumidifying apparatus and to dispense with the maintenance of an ozone decomposition catalyst. SOLUTION: A dehumidifying and decomposing apparatus is provided with: a laminated body (10) which is formed by laminating a plurality of Peltier devices (9, 9) adjacent to each other in order to transfer heat between each of heat absorbing parts (9a, 9a) and each of radiating parts (9b, 9b) of the Peltier devices and which has a cooling part (10a) and a heating part (10b) respectively at both end parts in the lamination direction; a cooling passage (13) through which air is passed to be cooled and dehumidified by the cooling part (10a); and a heating passage (14) through which gaseous ozone is passed to be heated by the heating part (10b) to be decomposed into oxygen.</p> |
