PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize an existing stitched part as an opening for injecting a resin and inserting a core material to prevent appearance and the feel from becoming defective. SOLUTION: A bag-shaped skin member 1, which has a first skin 10 and a second skin together folded back at the stitched part formed so as to be matched with an inner surface and has first and second folded-back parts 13 and 14 opposed to each other in the opening 12 comprising a non-stitched part formed to a part of the stitched part, is arranged in a mold 2 and, after an injection nozzle 4 is inserted in the opening 12 to inject a predetermined amount of a foamable resin, the foamable resin is subjected to foam molding while keeping a such a state that the first folded back part 13 is brought into contact with the first skin 10 under pressure by pressing the first folded-back part 13 by the press plate 3 attached to the mold. By this constitution, an unfilled part is prevented from remaining between the first folded-back part 13 and the first skin 10. |
