PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the parasol-attaching structure of a working vehicle, which can simply be set to the controlling portion of the working vehicle and can stably support the parasol. SOLUTION: This parasol-attaching structure of a working vehicle to whose frame 10 an intermediate attaching member 50, 500 for supporting the middle portion of the shaft 4 of the parasol 4 on the upper side portion of a control panel portion 5b vertically disposed on the front side frame 10 of a controlling portion floor 5a, and further a lower attaching member 51, 510 for inserting and supporting the lower end of the shaft 41 into the frame 10 are fixed.
