PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adding flavor, taste and body feeling to a low-calorie brewage using malt as a raw material. SOLUTION: This method for producing the low-calorie brewage comprises adding a low-calorie sweetener or a non-calorie sweetener comprising one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of acesulfame potassium, aspartame, erythritol, sorbitol, maltitol (reduced maltose), millet jelly of reduced maltose, xylitol, fruit of Momordica grosvenori, stevia and sucralose. |
