PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented and laminated polyester film which is almost free from marks on a film or foreign substances attributed to a low- molecular weight material. SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented and laminated polyester film is characterized in that the number of marks with a width of 10μm or more existing on the surface of the film is not more than 20 pcs/m<2> .
