PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening manner of a pocket while preventing housed matters from dropping easily and to automatically close the pocket with the user's grip off by using a magnet and an elastic band. SOLUTION: By using the elastic band and the magnet, the housed mattes never drop easily. Further, by forming a handle, a person in the middle of working and a person handicapped a little in his/her hand can put the matter in and out easily and the housed matters never drop easily.
