PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection foam molding method capable of sufficiently stirring and kneading a resin even if a screw is short, capable of certainly preventing the back flow of the molten resin to a plasticizing part by the resin pressure at the time of injection of a foaming agent impregnated molten resin in a weighing part and capable of also manufacturing a small-sized molded article, an injection molding machine used therein and the screw of the injection molding machine. SOLUTION: A high pressure resin forming part having a stirring blade structure, which makes the absolute value of a resin feed speed less than that of the resin feed speed of the plasticizing part, is provided between the plasticizing part and stirring part of the screw of the injection molding machine and the back flow of the foaming agent impregnated molten resin to the plasticizing part is prevented by the molten resin high pressure part formed by the high pressure resin forming part.
