PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the work of mounting the end part of a hood cloth wound on a core material on a hood metal frame, and to enhance the watertightness of the mounting part. SOLUTION: A hood cloth mounting space 13 is formed by an inner frame wall 11 and an outer frame wall 12 in the hood metal frame 3. A locking part 14 protruded to the hood cloth mounting space 13 is provided at the tip of the inner frame wall 11. The end part 17a of the hood cloth 17 wound on the core material 19 is inserted into the hood cloth mounting space 13 from an opening part 16. A presser member 20 and a clearance member 21 are inserted into the space 13 to push the end part 17a of the hood cloth 17 toward the inner frame wall 11 side and engagingly lock it to the locking part 14. A sealing material 23 is packed from the opening part 16 of the space 13.
