PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw transport device-operating structure enabling the suitable action of the energizing force of a coil spring which energizes to hold the operation position of an operation lever. SOLUTION: An operation lever 24 for switching an extendable rail portion into a state corresponding to a working form is swingably disposed on a support shaft 19, and engaging grooves for setting the operation position of the operation lever 24 at a plurality of stages is disposed. A coil spring 27 for energizing an operation lever 24 in the direction for engaging with the engaging grooves is fit to the support shaft 19 of the operation lever 24, and a plate-like portion 24b for inhibiting the radially downward movement of the coil spring 27 to lift and hold the coil spring 27 is formed on the operation lever 24.
