PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable surrounding wall face parts and a bottom face part to uniformly include butters. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing a cup-shaped baked confectionary has a simple structure by the specific arrangement of each constituent element constituted by installing a pair of supporting centers OS at the same displacement distance T to the centers OK of lower molds 1, 1a... in the progressing and retreating directions, installing coupling tools 9 and 9a in one side and the other side of each of the lower molds 1, 1a... at the supporting centers OS, parallelly arranging endless circular chains 10 and 10a at both sides of the lower molds 1, 1a..., differentiating the positions of the rotating centers OR of sprockets 11, 11a, 12 and 12a arranged at semicircular U-turn parts 6 and 7 at both sides at the distance OT between the centers twice as long as the displacement distance T in the lower molds 1, 1a..., and connecting the coupling tools 9 and 9a of the lower molds 1, 1a... to the chains 10 and 10a catching the sprockets 11, 11a, 12 and 12a. The apparatus can bake the confectionary without reversing the upper and lower molds 1, 1a... and 2, 2a... in the upper and lower direction, and can prevent molten butters from escaping.
