PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat protective structure having a light weight and an improved resistance to aerodynamic heating. SOLUTION: The heat protective structure 1 comprises a heat protective layer 2 integrated with a reinforcing fiber by impregnating the fiber with a matrix resin, a wear resistant layer 4 laminated on a heating side surface 3 of the layer 2 and made of a heat resistant material having air permeability, a heat insulation layer 6 adhered to a surface 5 at an opposite side to the surface 3 of the layer 2 via an adhesive, and a metal coating layer 8 coated on a surface 7 at an inside of the layer 6. The layer 4 is provided on the surface of the layer 2 to thereby protect the layer 2 against a collision with a rain droplet and an ice droplet. The layer 4 is formed by spraying or adhering heat resistant ceramics, a fire resistant metal, a resin or the like, and since the layer 4 allows a thermally decomposed gas of the layer 2 to pass out of the structure, the structure is porous-perforated. If a heat impact breakdown due to an abrupt change of an aerodynamic heating rate is expected, a honeycomb layer made of the same material as that of the layer 2 is provided, porous heat resistant ceramic, fire resistant metal, resin or the like is filled in honeycomb holes to constitute the wear resistant layer 4. |
