PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a metal material having durability, good weather resistance and excellent design properties of a pattern or the like on a surface or particularly an aluminum material is required for an external finishing and interior finishing and a furniture of a house, or a decorative material of a guide plate of a road, an outside plating or the like of a small ship, in recycling, a material in which no environmental pollution occurs is required, and a space-saving apparatus in a factory is required. SOLUTION: A method for transferring to an extruded shape material comprises the steps of coating a heating curable or cold curable adhesive on a transfer film constituted by laminating a paint layer having a desired pattern such as a release film, a woodgrain pattern, a marble pattern or the like formed on a surface of a release film and an adhesive layer, and temporarily adhering or adhering the film to a part of the shape material. The method further comprises the steps of then impressing the transfer film to a rugged surface of the shape material by an embossing pressing roller, and thereby obtaining an extruded decorative material having excellent design properties obtained by transferring the woodgrain pattern, the marble pattern or the like including the rugged surface of the shape material. |
