PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive wire feeding device for a spring making machine. SOLUTION: A wire feeding roller 28 is rotated by a roller driving transmission gear 33. The roller driving transmission gear 33 is composed of a ring-like first spurgear 36 installed on a hollow shaft 34, a first revolving shaft 38 in which a second spurgear 37 meshing with the first spurgear wheel 36 is provided, a first bevel gear 39 fixedly fitted to the first revolving shaft 38, a second revolving shaft 42 in which a second bevel gear 40 meshing with the first bevel gear 39 is installed, and a train of gears by which the rotation of the second revolving shaft 42 is transmitted to the roller shaft 27 of the wire feeding roller 28.
