PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing greening vegetation, by which sludge dehydrated cake can be diverted to valuable material and industrial waste can be effectively reduced through utilizing the sludge dehydrated cake produced at a site of water purification, sewage disposal, building construction or the like as greening base construction material. SOLUTION: This method for constructing greening vegetation comprises the following process: adding water to sludge dehydrated cake, stirring the resultant mixture to form sludge slurry again, adding the greening base construction material comprising farmyard manure, crushed wood chips, ligneous curing material, fertilizer, adhesive, compost, valuable soil fungi and the like to the sludge slurry while stirring it, further adding an aggregating agent to the resultant slurry mixture to enlarge the particles thereof followed by spraying the aggregated slurry on a slope or a vegetation ground using a soil dressing blowing machine or the like to form a greening vegetation base.
