PURPOSE: A boring apparatus for a boring and paper drain machine is provided to assemble and disassemble easily, and to work quickly by forming a holding part in the upper part, attaching a boring bar and forming the boring edge in the end of the boring bar. CONSTITUTION: A boring machine is composed of a holding part(120) having a board(121) placed horizontally, a holding plate(122) formed vertically on the board and composed of an uneven portion(122a), and a guide plate(123) reinforcing the holding plate at both sides of the holding plate; a boring bar(110) combined with a reinforcing bar(124a) of the holding part; and a dull boring edge(130) formed in the lower part of the boring bar. Boring is performed quickly by assembling and disassembling the boring edge conveniently, and the drain paper is installed in the ground to solidify the soft ground.
