<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insulation destruction due to the intrusion of serge voltage and to reduce the defective ratio of a panel by using a connection wiring formed by a conductive material having high resistance, high hardness, a high melting point, and high corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: At least either one of a video signal wiring 2 and a scanning signal wiring 3 is connected to a common bus wiring 11 formed on the outside of a liquid crystal screen 8 through a connection wiring 10 formed by a conductive material having higher resistance, higher hardness, a higher melting point, and higher corrosion resistance as compared with Al or Al arroy without being directly connected to the wiring 11. Since the wiring 10 has high resistance, the instrusion of serge voltage generated on the outside of the screen 8 into the screen 8 can be prevented, the voltage is freed to the periphery of the screen 8 and a linear defect on a picture inspection process can easily be detected. Since the wiring 10 has high hardness and the high melting point, the dispersion of metallic powder can be suppressed at the time of cutting the wiring 10 by laser light. Since the wiring 10 is also high corrosion resistance, corrosion due to laser light cutting can be prevented. Further, since the wiring 10 is excellent in the corrosion resistance, the corrosion due to laser beam cutting is prevented.</p> |
