PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for thermally sterilizing a frozen dessert mix, capable of effectively transmitting a thermal sterilization action to the mix in an inner tank and smoothly thermally sterilizing the mix. SOLUTION: This device for thermally sterilizing a frozen dessert mix is provided with an inner tank for receiving the frozen dessert mix therein, a heating heater 11 for thermally sterilizing the frozen mix in the inner tank, a stirrer for stirring the frozen mix, a stirring motor 7 for driving the stirrer, and a controller C for controlling the operations of the heating heater 11 and the stirring motor 7. The controller C stepwisely raises the revolution number of the stirring motor during the thermal sterilization of the frozen mix with the heating heater 11. |
