Fabrication of homogeneous composite ferroelectric and metal materials comprises mixing of powders of a ferroelectric material and a refractory metal, for calcining and two-stage hot forming. The product exhibits over 90 % of the theoretical density, and its dielectric constant is up to one hundred fold that of the ferroelectric material constituting its matrix.
