SYSTEM FOR MONITORING REPEATER USING BLUETOOTH

PURPOSE: A system for monitoring a repeater using a Bluetooth is provided to monitor the state of the repeater in real time by sensing an end power signal of the repeater and transmitting the sensed end power signal to a control station through a Bluetooth module. CONSTITUTION: A host(1a) has a directional coupler for being combined with an end of a repeater and branching a signal at a certain power level, an analog/digital converter for converting an analog signal branched in the directional coupler into a digital signal, and a central processing unit(7) for comparing power level data of the branch signal outputted through the analog/digital converter with a reference value and outputting error generation data when the power level data is not identical to the reference value. A Bluetooth module(10) has a controller(11) for receiving an error generation data packet through an HCI(Host Control Interface) packet exchange with the host(1a) and installing a protocol for a data communication with a repeater module-side Bluetooth module connected to a control station through a transmission line. The Bluetooth module(10) has an RF(Radio Frequency) transmitting and receiving unit(13) for transmitting and receiving a data packet with the repeater module-side Bluetooth module under the control of the controller(11), and a baseband processing unit(12) for changing a format of the error generation data packet and performing a format change process so that the data packet received in the RF transmitting and receiving unit(13) is changed to data suitable for HCI.
