METHOD FOR ESTIMATING STROKE OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A method for estimating a stroke of a reciprocating compressor is provided to compensate parameter change due to magnetic flux saturation by estimating the stroke by determining saturation of magnetic flux with voltage of a coil additionally wound on a motor. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating a stroke of a reciprocating compressor includes the steps of winding a measuring coil for measuring amount of flux and measuring voltage of the measuring coil(SP1); operating the whole flux by using voltage of the measuring coil(SP2); detecting current applied to a motor for operating flux by the current, and operating magnetic flux by using the flux by the current and the whole flux(SP3-SP5); and estimating the stroke by using relation of the magnetic flux with the stroke(SP6).
