TRENCHLESS REPAIRING METHOD USING MOLDING END AND PUNCHING RING

PURPOSE: A trenchless repairing method using a molding end and a punching ring is provided to prevent the damage and bursting of a tube. CONSTITUTION: The trenchless repairing method using a molding end and a punching ring comprises the steps of: installing a molding end to one end of a tube(40); installing an impeller device to mix fast setting unsaturated resins, F/A and materials, then impregnating the mixture in the tube(40); installing a punching ring to prevent excessive extension of the impregnated tube(40) by stopping a pipeline(2) of a manhole(1); connecting the molding end to the impregnated tube(40), then reversal-inserting the impregnated tube(40) in a molding device(10); and lining in the pipeline by supplying water temperature of 85 deg.C to the impregnated tube(40).
