PURPOSE: A non-reflective organic electro-luminescence device is provided to improve a contrast ratio of an image by doping a light absorbing material into an electron injection layer or an electron transporting layer. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(12) is formed on a transparent substrate(10). A hole injection layer(21) for injecting holes into an organic electro-luminescence layer(14) and a hole transporting layer(22) are formed on an upper of the first electrode(12). An electro-luminescence layer(14) is formed on the hole transporting layer(22). An electron transporting layer(26) and an electron injection layer(25) are formed on the electro-luminescence layer(14). The second electrode(16) is formed on an upper portion of the electron injection layer(25). A light absorbing material(40) is doped on the electron injection layer(25) and the electron transporting layer(26) or between the electron injection layer(25), the electron transporting layer(26), and the organic electro-luminescence layer(14).
