TRENCHLESS REPAIRING METHOD USING PRESSURE DOWN TUBE MOLDING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A trenchless repairing method using a pressure down tube molding device is provided to install inverting machinery and materials simply and to construct rapidly and economically by reducing the quantity of the water required. CONSTITUTION: In the trenchless repairing method using a pressure down tube molding device, the pressure down tube shaping device(10) comprises: a water tank(11) installed by a fixed leg(17) and a movable leg(18) to keep water inward; an air tank(20) installed to the lower part of the water tank(11) and provided with an air inlet(24) and an air outlet(25) to control the supply speed of an impregnated tube by connecting an air bag(21) to upper and lower bars; and a pressure container(30) installed to the lower part of the air tank(20) and provided with a water inlet(32), a pressure gage(33) and an impregnated tube fixture where a front end of the impregnated tube is fixed by a steel band.
