PURPOSE: A publicizing method and system using a lottery memo paper for an advertisement is provided to improve an advertising effect by endowing serial numbers of each lottery ticket function on an advertising memo paper, thereby enabling a client to check a drawing or not of an article through an Internet site of a main office. CONSTITUTION: A memo paper manufacture requesting person selects one out of an on-line web site and an off-line member store, and requests a manufacturing of an advertising article to a main office. The request of a lottery memo paper is received(201). A memo paper manufacturing method of a serial number endowing method is reported(202). The requesting person checks the manufacturing method of the lottery memo paper(102). A memo paper is manufactured by endowing a lottery ticket serial number and a client identify(203). The lottery ticket serial number and the client identify are stored in a database storing device(204). An event drawing number is selected based on data of the database storing device(205). The selected event drawing number is stored in an event drawing number database(206). The drawing number is publicized on a homepage of a main office. The requesting person checks the event drawing number and the client identify(104). A manufactured article is delivered to the requesting person(209). The delivery is reported to the main office(105).
