PURPOSE: Provided is a pillow with excellent activation ability which emits far infrared rays, inhibits propagation of bacteria and maintains antibiotic and anti-odor functions for an elongated period of time. CONSTITUTION: The pillow is made by using 1 to 10 % by weight of activated charcoal, 70 to 91 % by weight of polyurethane, 2 to 10 % by weight of silver(Ag), 5 to 10 % by weight of shell powders and 1 to 20 % by weight of waste tobacco filter. The charcoal has a specific surface area of 100 m¬2/g to 500 m¬2/g and a particle size of 1 to 5 micrometer. The charcoal is made of one or two of oak, coconut shell and source charcoal. The activated charcoal is composed of 80% of carbon and the rest of minerals including(calcium(Ca), sodium(Na), Iron(Fe), magnesium(Mg), potassium(K), phosphorus(P), and the like).
