摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a copper alloy casting material for accessories in which nickel is not contained, which has excellent corrosion resistance and beautiful colors, and which is easily manufactured by casting process is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing high corrosion resistance high hardness copper alloy casting material for accessories comprises the steps of charging electrolytic copper(2) into a melting furnace(1), and increasing temperature of electrolytic copper so that solid phased electrolytic copper is maintained in the red heat state for about 15 minutes; injecting a part of metal zinc(5) into molten metal through a plunger(3) after coating a cover material such as charcoal powder on the surface of molten metal as occasion demands if molten metal is formed by melting copper, and waiting for a while until the molten metal is subsided after reducing heat source when molten metal boils; adding other alloy charging materials(4) of silica, tin, iron, aluminum, cobalt and zirconium to the molten metal; secondly injecting the rest of metal zinc(6) into the molten metal through the plunger; injecting the molten metal into a mold(7) after waiting for a while until boiling of the molten metal is finished, wherein the high corrosion resistance high hardness copper alloy casting material for accessories comprises a principal constituent copper (Cu), 5 to 15 wt.% of zinc (Zn), 0.5 to 4.0 wt.% of aluminum (Al), 1.0 to 6.0 wt.% of silica (Si), 0.1 to 2.0 wt.% of iron (Fe), 0.1 to 2.0 wt.% of tin (Sn), 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of cobalt (Co) and 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of zirconium (Zr).
