PURPOSE: A method for servicing a voice message and a character message of a mobile phone is provided to inform objects that it is impossible to use the mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: When an other client calls a mobile phone while a driver drives a car in a use prohibition area of the mobile phone, a voice message and a character message is provided to the other client for informing the other client that it is impossible to use the mobile phone because the car is driven in the use prohibition area of the mobile phone. |
