PURPOSE: Provided is an airtight structure of an entrance in a spout which enables an airtight part to keep airtightness by the help of a stopper so that it keeps airtightness continuously, however some gaps are generated between the stooper and the entrance of the spout. CONSTITUTION: The airtight structure of the entrance in the spout is characterized by comprising the parts of: the entrance(4) which includes a switching stopper in an upward direction of the spout(1) including a combination part(2,3) to adhere to the vessel containing contents; a single sill(5) which is formed in the upper internal wall part of the entrance; and an elastic airtight part(6) which is unfolded in the downward direction to a certain degree.
