PURPOSE: Provided is an in vitro cell training method for the purpose of cell therapy for reconstructing bioartificial dermis or bioartificial skin. Particularly, a preconditioning method of a cell is characterized by adding physical stimulus, that is, strain or tension to a cell separated from a living body. CONSTITUTION: The preconditioning method is characterized by culturing a dermal cell separated from a living body with adding physical stimulus, that is strain or tension thereto, wherein the cell is a fibroblast, a corneous cell or a platelet endothelial cell.
