PURPOSE: To interpret sentence examples which a user wants to use with a high precision by customizing a collection of sentence examples without burdening the user with respect to a sentence example retrieval type voice interpretation service. CONSTITUTION: Sentence examples stored in a sentence example dictionary for customization can be described as sentence example templates including slots where words can be replaced. With respect to customizing means, a user profile(UP) registered by a user is held on an interpreting server, that is, questions related to a telephone number, a name, a trip plan, a lodging schedule, what the user wants to do, what the use wants to buy, the health condition, etc., are displayed on a user register picture, and the UP is generated on the interpreting server when the user inputs and transmits answers, and sentence example selection conditions are extracted from the UP, and templates meeting the conditions are taken out from sentence example templates stored in the sentence example dictionary for customization and are registered in a sentence example dictionary for user, and words extracted from the UP are inserted to slots of sentence example templates, and they are registered in the sentence example dictionary for user.
