PURPOSE: A bar code recognizing device on a mobile phone, etc. is provided to form a bar code recognizing unit on a main body of a device such as a mobile phone, a PDA terminal, a notebook, and so on. CONSTITUTION: A bar code recognition screen unit of a bar code recognizing device is formed on the bottom surface of a screen unit(20) of a mobile phone. Data of the screen unit(20) capable of recognizing a bar code are transmitted, analyzed, or processed in a bar code recognition data processing unit(30) through a wire/wireless server. Thus, bar code recognition data are transmitted and processed, and displayed in a display screen of the mobile phone. A connection to a web site or a server is achieved through an operation of a key button of a menu function or a program function of the mobile phone by a program for analyzing information displayed on the display screen of the mobile phone.
