PURPOSE: To provide a double balanced mixer circuit capable of reducing demodulation errors and to provide an orthogonal modulator circuit, using the same. CONSTITUTION: The double balance mixer circuit 11 comprises a first switching pair 1a for inputting first and third local signals, a second switching pair for inputting and fourth local signals, a drive means 23 connected to the first and third pairs 22a and 22b for inputting a reception signal, and first and second load blocks 21a and 21b respectively connected to the first and second pairs 22a and 22b. A pulse of the second local signal rises when a pulse of the first local signal falls, a pulse of the third local signal rises when a pulse of the second local signal falls, and a pulse of the fourth local signal rises when a pulse of the third local signal falls, sequentially during one period.
